Legal & Commercial group


We ought to value our mistakes and reward people who step forward to make their team and leaders aware of things which have not gone well. Sometimes people feel so pressured, that when someone comes to them with news of such things, the reactions are rather unpleasant and hinder future communication.

If we value those who have the gumption to admit mistakes, focus on progress and improvement, then we will find ourselves less vulnerable to situations where insurance claims become a sensible solution.
